This Wednesday’s 9am General Meeting will

The Guest Speaker will be Matthew Grabell,
Esq., the Managing Partner in the law Firm of Grabell & Associates, P.A.
Mr. Grabell’s practice focuses on the
representation of employees and employers in cases involving claims of discriminatory
treatment in the workplace based upon age, gender, race, religion, national origin, sexual
harassment, disability, whistle-blowing and Workers’ Compensation. He also advises on
issues involving contract and severance negotiations.
Mr. Grabell has been retained by several corporations to draft and/or revise Employee
Handbooks, including sexual harassment policies and, in general, to speak on the legal
pitfalls of hiring and firing. Additionally, he has co-hosted a weekly call-in radio
program in which many employment related issues were discussed and has been referenced in
many news articles, including the Wall Street Journal, as a specialist in employment
law.
Mr. Grabell is a graduate of New York University School of Business Management and Seton
Hall University School of Law. He has successfully litigated employment matters in both
State and Federal courts in New York and New Jersey and is also admitted to practice law
in the District of Columbia as well as several District Courts and the United States Court
of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of
the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the American Bar Association and the National
Employment Lawyers Association.
